On Wednesday, the Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation hosted the graduation ceremony for 21 students from the Leadership Franklin County Community (LFCC) program and also announced the 2023 Alumni of the Year.

Hosted at the 11/30 Visitors Center in Chambersburg, the students completed the last of their nine-month leadership training by presenting their group projects to the audience. The program is operated by the Chamber Foundation and sponsored by F&M Trust.

The LFCC Alumni Committee also recognized Adam Donius as the 2023 LFCC Alumni of the Year for his community and career accomplishments. Adam is the Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Chambersburg. He is an intentional and giving leader who understands that his influence is best used helping others grow their own leadership skills to enhance our region. His positivity, empathy, and collaborative leadership style builds meaningful relationships and enhances our community.
