Below is a list of major events hosted by the CVBA, Chambersburg Chamber, Greencastle-Antrim Chamber, Greater Chambersburg Chamber Foundation, Downtown Chambersburg Inc. and Chambersburg Area Development Corp.
MONTHLY CVBA MIXERS
Attendance: 75-125 guests
Location: Members of the CVBA
CVBA members are invited to open their business to the membership as a mixer host! Mixers are held monthly, usually 4 to 6 p.m. on a weekday. Hosts are expected to provide refreshments and entertainment (tours, music, etc.). Attendance is approx. 75 to 125 guests excluding the Summer Mixer and Holiday Mixer. MONTHLY CVBA LUNCH & LEARNS
Attendance: Up to 22 people
Location: Chambersburg or Greencastle-Antrim ChamberÂ
CVBA members are invited to attend or host a Lunch & Learn on an educational topic of your choice! Hosting is $75 and attending is free for CVBA Members who pre-register.
Lunch & Learns are held once per month at the Chambersburg or Greencastle Chambers from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch provided courtesy of Subway. To attend or host, contact Bailey Cassada at bcassada@chambersburg.org.
DCI: ICEFEST
When: January 25-28, 2024
Location: Downtown Chambersburg
Attendance: Thousands
Bring your family and friends to experience the largest ice festival in Pennsylvania! Events include sculptures, live ice carvings, ice slide, Chili-Q, Snowfall Ball and more! CVBA ANNUAL AWARDS BREAKFAST
When: March 28, 2024
Location: Chambersburg Country Club
Attendance: 225
The CVBA will honor several of its members for their recent accomplishments at the Annual Awards Breakfast. The breakfast will feature a presentation of awards including the international ATHENA Leadership Award, Nonprofit of the Year, Employer of the Year, Event of the Year, Emerging Business leader, Innovator of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Spirit of the Community, Bravery in Blue and Courageous Responder awards. DCI'S FOUNTAIN FESTIVAL

G-ACC CRAFT BEER, WINE & SPIRITS FESTIVAL

LEADERSHIP FRANKLIN COUNTY COMMUNITY GRADUATION

CVBA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TOUR

G-ACC GOLF TOURNAMENT

GCCC SPORTING CLAYS SHOOT

CVBA Summer Mixer

Location: Hagerstown Flying Box Cars new Meritus Park Stadium
Attendance: 150-200
Kick-off summer with the CVBA, Chambersburg Chamber and Greencastle Chamber! The Summer Mixer is hosted at various locations and features more than 15 local businesses as table sponsors and 15+ door prizes for guests. GCCOC: 20th Annual Tim & Susan Cook Memorial Race
When: July 13, 2024
Location: Chambersburg
Attendance: 100+
The Chambersburg Chamber hosts its this annual race/walk in memory of Tim & Susan Cook who died tragically in a car accident in 2002. Money raised from this race is contributed to the Tim and Susan Cook Memorial Scholarship Fund in memory of the Cooks and in honor of their dedication to education. GCCOC CHAMBERSFEST

GCCF SCOOP-A-PALOOZA

Scoop-a-Palooza is an ice cream lover's dream on a hot July day. Ice cream vendors set up shop in the high school’s cafeteria with flavors ranging from the traditional vanilla and chocolate to cinnamon roll. Attendees will vote for their favorites!
