Ribbon Cutting: Denim Coffee Headquarters

We are excited to welcome Denim Coffee’s roasting and warehouse facility to the community at 42 Siloam Road in Chambersburg! Denim Coffee is a Pennsylvania specialty coffee roaster with five shops in Central Pennsylvania.

Denim’s mission is to make better coffee for its customers and wholesale partners. Types of coffee include cold brew, blends, decaf, tea, specialty coffee and *new* flash chilled coffee.

Denim’s backbone and northern star has always been Matt Ramsay’s passion and zeal for roasting and serving great coffee; a passion whose roots date back to Matt’s days studying at Shippensburg University, where he worked as a barista on campus and began experimenting with roasting via a humble popcorn popper in his dorm.

Denim Coffee was founded in 2011 by Matt and Kristin Ramsay with a studio space in Shippensburg, PA.

With Denim’s growing retail and wholesale operation, the company purchased a larger building in Chambersburg recently. The building, a former ice factory and fall-out shelter, was renovated and Denim Coffee relocated roasting and bakery operations to the new headquarters. With the addition of a new IMF Roaster in the Summer of 2023, Denim Coffee now has the space, equipment and capacity to grow for years to come.
